Key Account Manager

Job Descriptions :
●       Establish, develop and maintain strong relationship with brands and marketplace
●       Prepare commercials strategy to support brand meet their sales target in marketplace
●       Close monitoring brand’s performance from each marketplace and actively reporting to brands and team
●       Ensure on time and successful delivery of company’s target according to customer needs and objectives
●       Coordinate with internal team to resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely manner
●       Prepare and present weekly and monthly report which contain about sales, operational, campaign and any brand’s official store in marketplace
●       Collaboration with the Sales team to prepare commercial strategy for new target brands

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any major
• Having 3 years experience related to commercial / e-commerce / enabler industry (Sales, Marketing & Promotion)
• Having experience to deliver client-focused solutions for customer needs
• Excellent with project management, data storytelling and presentation
• Strong verbal, written communication and teamwork skills
• Excellent Interpersonal skill
