Job Descriptions :

• Upsell / Cross selling product services.

• Build strong customer relationships with high standards.

• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

• Managing multiple client in one time

• Coordinate with the internal team to resolve problems and handle complaints in a timely manner.

• Identifying needs existing clients to improve our services to meet sales.

Job Requirements :

• Min. bachelor’s degree and 3 years experience in Data insight Industry.

• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.

• Excellent with project management.

• Excellent with data storytelling and presentation.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent Verbal Analysis (Identifying Needs).

• Excellent Interpersonal Skills.
